Moreover, essential workers and those returning to work under Phase 1 of the reopening plan are also encouraged to get tested, regardless of symptoms. “The more New Yorkers who get tested, the better it is for everyone,” stated Mercer. He announced plans to launch a new website to help residents locate nearby testing sites easily.
