Every morning, I step onto the scale, a habit I can’t quite explain. I gauge my achievements and setbacks from the previous day based solely on that one number. - We hear everything — the rhythm of their hearts, unspoken words, and our inner dialogues.
Our bodies achieve the miraculous, the mundane, and even the tedious. They are, in fact, extraordinary. I aspire to treat my body with the same kindness I would offer a dear friend — embracing its quirks rather than reducing it to mere numbers and self-doubt.
