Even the coolest jobs can’t impress our kids. Take for example Pink, the incredible pop star and supermom. Recently, after a concert in Dallas, she shared a heartwarming video on Instagram that perfectly captures the sentiment of many parents.
In the clip, Pink’s daughter, Lily, can be seen cuddled up on her dad’s lap, fighting off sleep in the cutest way possible. While fans are blown away by her mom’s electrifying performances, Lily seems unfazed, perhaps because she’s had front-row seats to Pink’s spectacular shows all too often. “I really rocked that show tonight,” Pink humorously captioned the post.
Currently on her Beautiful Trauma tour, which kicked off in March and wraps up in the fall, Pink is undoubtedly busy. Traveling with the family adds another layer of challenge, making it a demanding schedule. While Lily admires her mother, seeing one fantastic concert after another might have dulled the novelty.
Pink consistently fills stadiums across major cities, yet her children remain unimpressed—just like our own kids. While most of us might not be international rock stars, it would be nice if our little ones appreciated our work a little more. Ultimately, what matters most is that they still see us as cool parents. And we’re confident that Pink has that down to a fine art.
