Maroney, who filed a lawsuit against USA Gymnastics last fall, is one of over 140 women who have come forward with allegations against Nassar, revealing a disturbing pattern of abuse.
The NDA imposed on Maroney was reportedly a tactic to keep her quiet about the horrors she endured, and breaking it comes with a hefty financial penalty. Teigen, recognizing the injustice, took to Twitter to express her solidarity with Maroney, stating, “The entire principle of this should be fought. An NDA to stay quiet about this serial monster with over 140 accusers, but I would be absolutely honored to pay.”
