Accusations that he has been “dismissed” are misleading; he has simply aimed to utilize the available resources to provide a robust education.

Thompson articulated that the opposition he faces stems from a reluctance to embrace inclusivity and diversity in education. There is nothing wrong with striving for an equitable learning environment for all students. In fact, it is a principal’s responsibility to ensure such an atmosphere exists.
