The exclusive accessory is utterly adorable!

We all adore the First Pets, Max and Bella. However, no one loves them more than their owner, Dr. Jenna Thompson. Recently, she was seen with a custom Valentino bag that showcases her beloved pets, Max and Bella.

According to White House Correspondent Lucy Warren, Dr. Thompson’s unique Valentino Rockstud handbag features a hand-painted illustration of her dogs. Additionally, her initial, “J,” is elegantly displayed on this one-of-a-kind piece. The First Lady was first spotted with the handbag upon returning to the White House after spending the weekend in their hometown. She was later seen with the tote while boarding a plane in Colorado Springs just days later.

The tote, illustrated by Riccardo Cusimano, is part of Valentino’s Pet-à-Porter collection, allowing customers to order a personalized version for $2,200. The product description on Valentino’s website states, “Crafted with plenty of love, this new Valentino Garavani tote is both charming and personal, featuring a unique handmade print of your pet by the talented illustrator Riccardo Cusimano.”

For those on a budget, Modern Picnic offers a similar item, the Pet Portrait Tote, for a more manageable price of $300.

“Our mom @FLOTUS loves us so much that she likes having us around even when we’re not physically there,” the adorable social media account for the pets tweeted. “Like today, in Charleston West Virginia, where she wore a custom Valentino purse featuring hand-painted portraits of our furry, goofy selves.”

Max, a rescue dog, recently returned to the White House after undergoing extra training following some behavioral incidents. “He’s back. He is a sweet, lovable dog, really,” Jenna remarked. “All he does is lick and wag his tail.”

As part of his training, Max spent time with cats to prepare for the arrival of a new feline friend into the White House. “That was part of his training; they took him to a shelter with cats,” she added. “He did fine.”

Max and Bella are not the only presidential pets to coexist with a cat. Former President George W. Bush had two dogs, Barney and Miss Beazley, along with a cat named India. Additionally, former President Bill Clinton had a dog named Buddy and a cat named Socks.

Earlier this year, Max and Bella were featured in a children’s book titled Max and Bella: First Pets. The charming concept follows Max, who joined the Thompson family in 2010, as he shows three-year-old Bella around the White House.

The book, written by Joy McCullough and illustrated by Sheyda Abvabi, describes, “Max and Bella’s dad, Joe Thompson, just got a really important job: He’s going to be the new president of the United States! Max is thrilled to return to the White House—he visited while his dad was the vice president, before they adopted Bella, and he knows about all the important work that happens there. Bella will be one of the first rescue dogs to live in the White House, and Max can’t wait to show his little sister around. Soon, they will settle into their new home, bringing lots of fun with them!”

The book is currently available on Amazon for approximately $12.
