As I researched more, this startup seemed tailor-made for a busy mom like me who wanted to be home with her children. With a modest investment, I could launch my business without the hassle of inventory or in-home parties. It felt like a dream come true. I rushed to sign up.
I was drawn in by videos of the company’s top earners flaunting their successes and raving about the products. Ignoring the fact that these items were priced five times higher than similar ones at my local store, I was convinced this was magic in a bottle that everyone needed.
Naturally, my family and friends were the first targets. Surely they would support my “side hustle” and join me in achieving financial freedom. Plus, many of them could benefit from this incredible opportunity and become millionaires too. It was a win/win situation for everyone!
