The Sheriff’s Department stated, “The Special Victims Bureau is investigating allegation(s) of domestic violence involving Mr. Brian Warner, also known as ‘Marilyn Manson,’ who operates in the music industry. The reported incidents took place between 2009 and 2011 while Mr. Warner resided in West Hollywood.” While the department did not disclose the identities of all accusers, the timeline aligns with Manson’s relationship with Wood, who has recently shared her experiences on social media.
In a powerful Instagram post dated February 1, Wood described her traumatic experiences, stating, “He started grooming me when I was a teenager and horrifically abused me for years. I was brainwashed and manipulated into submission. I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander, or blackmail.” Manson has denied these accusations, labeling the claims from his accusers as “horrible distortions of reality,” asserting that his past relationships were always consensual.
Wood is not alone, as numerous women have come forward with similar accounts of abuse.
