Starbucks is also enhancing its employee support by matching donations to its CUP fund, which assists workers in need, offering $1 for every 50 cents contributed. In an open letter to employees, Starbucks’ Senior Vice President, Jamie Thompson, emphasized the company’s commitment to partner care, stating, “You should never have to choose between work and your health.”
