There’s something fundamentally off about Donald Trump. Every single day, he showcases just how ill-equipped he is for the presidency. His lack of experience and skill is painfully obvious to everyone. Honestly, it’s about time someone told him to stop making a spectacle of himself. My toddler exhibits more self-control than he does!
Trump’s Twitter presence has become notorious for its barrage of offensive posts. Over the weekend, he unleashed yet another round of juvenile tweets. One tweet that caught attention was when he mockingly labeled Kim Jong Un, who recently conducted a successful hydrogen bomb test, as “Rocket Man.”
YES, LET’S PROVOKE THE NUCLEAR-ARMED PSYCHOPATH! (Sarcastic emphasis intended.) What in the world? The role of the president should be to ensure the safety of Americans, not to engage in petty Twitter spats that might escalate into war.
Then there’s the retweet of a manipulated video showing him hitting Hillary Clinton in the head with a golf ball. BECAUSE VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN IS JUST SO FUNNY! (Again, sarcasm.) It’s hard to imagine those who found this amusing would feel the same if the roles were reversed and Melania was the one depicted. Remember when people were outraged over Kathy Griffin’s violent imagery toward Trump?
In a surprising twist, that tweet garnered over 30,000 replies, many of which condemned the violence toward Clinton, who has lifetime Secret Service protection as a former first lady.
Trump’s presidency has increasingly been characterized by blatant dishonesty, cruelty, and incompetence. His Twitter account has turned into a platform for spreading propaganda and inciting violence. Just last July, he shared a video of himself body slamming a figure with a CNN logo superimposed over it. And not too long ago, he retweeted an image of a train running over a cartoon character with a CNN logo. (A White House official later claimed this tweet was posted by mistake and removed it.)
It’s ironic how many people demand Hillary to “just go away,” yet I hear no similar calls for Trump to practice self-restraint—HE IS THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES!
One can only conclude that Trump is unstable at best, which is more than a little frightening given that he has control over our nuclear arsenal. I wouldn’t even trust him to look after my cat! His narcissism and dishonesty are a liability, and his refusal to acknowledge failure or show empathy casts a long shadow over his administration. It’s clear that those who still defend him as presidential are now living in a fantasy.
It’s only a matter of time before his reckless words or actions lead to an international crisis. He’s not just a disgrace to our nation and the office he occupies; he’s becoming a real threat.
Can we please appoint someone mature to manage Donald Trump ASAP? And if they can’t get him to sit on his hands, at least they should change his Twitter password!

In summary, Donald Trump’s behavior as president is increasingly alarming, marked by impulsive and irresponsible actions on social media. His lack of maturity raises concerns about his ability to lead effectively, making it imperative for someone to rein him in.
