Many women scoff at this, saying it’s unachievable, but there are about 112 waking hours in a week. Surely, 12 can be carved out for self-care. I manage to do it among my busy schedule, so others can, too.”

What’s one worry you’ve realized is unnecessary as a parent?

“I often see parents boasting about their children’s milestones—talking early, walking before their peers, winning awards, etc. It’s important to remember that children develop at their own pace. My kids are perfectly normal; there is no need for comparison. They hit milestones when they do, and that’s perfectly fine. I was average, too, and I turned out okay.”

“Just five minutes ago.”

What’s the least amount of sleep you can survive on?
