1. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Demonstrates fundamental skills necessary to fulfill her role effectively. Mother exhibits the essential skills and
knowledge to perform her responsibilities satisfactorily. She manages to avoid ruining laundry and rarely incinerates meals.
She can deftly remove small toy parts from the vacuum. Moreover, she has become adept at diaper changes even amidst my
dramatic interruptions.
This year has seen impressive growth; she can now juggle holding me while multitasking on 25 other activities. Her ability
to regulate the thermostat and navigate our entertainment system has also improved. However, there is room for enhancement
in her dishwasher loading and dusting techniques. Notably, she often seeks guidance when faced with challenges, whether from
online sources or my father.
2. Quality of Work/Productivity
Occasionally produces work that is incomplete or inaccurate; sometimes fails to meet expected standards. Mother takes an
extended time to fulfill my requests. For instance, her response to my persistent calls for “SEAT!” can take up to 32 seconds,
leading me to resort to drastic measures like pulling the seat down myself. When I finally received my favorite shirt, it was
wrinkled due to her hasty folding.
It’s crucial for her to improve in this area, and we can develop a strategic action plan for the upcoming year to enhance
her efficiency.
3. Dependability
Sometimes inconsistent and unenthusiastic in fulfilling responsibilities. Despite her efforts to respond to my needs, she
occasionally struggles to maintain focus on her tasks. Her attention can be diverted by my cries for “Help,” “Read, Read,
Read,” or “SIP!”, impacting her ability to complete household duties.
Additionally, her daily engagement with social media raises concerns; that diaper won’t change itself! I have even witnessed
her distracted by a magazine when she should be attending to essential chores. While I acknowledge her rights to breaks,
the time spent on these distractions could be better utilized.
4. Communication
Communication skills sometimes hinder performance. Mother is quite chatty; however, her listening skills leave much to be
desired. Although she understands basic requests, I often find myself repeating my desires multiple times before she
comprehends them. For instance, when I point to the fridge, it takes her several attempts to meet my request.
She must address her selective hearing, especially since effective communication is vital in her role. I shouldn’t have to
resort to tantrums to engage in play or express my needs.
5. Work Relationships
Strives to maintain a positive atmosphere but occasionally struggles with interpersonal dynamics. Mother frequently expresses
her affection for me, yet she sometimes finds it challenging to manage interactions with both me and my father. Her tension
during our playful chaos suggests a need for relaxation; I do eventually settle down for the night.
Occasionally, I find her overwhelmed and in tears during her moments of solitude, indicating stress from the demands of her
role. This behavior is concerning and requires attention. Embracing her colleagues’ perspectives could enhance her experience
and effectiveness.

In summary, while Mother has demonstrated essential skills in her role, there are areas needing attention, particularly in
reliability, communication, and productivity. Continued development in these areas will not only enhance her performance but
also improve our household environment.
